SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING

The family resort of La Tzoumaz is part of the Four Valleys ski area.  One lift takes you up to the top of Savolyeres and you can ski over to Verbier. The Four Valleys has 412km of downhill skiing, with 205 individual pistes, served by 92 ski lifts.  In addition to the skiing in La Tzoumaz itself (54km of listed ski runs), the appropriate ski lift pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Four Valleys ski resorts of Bruson, Evolve, Nendaz, Siviex, Thyon, Les Collons, Verbier and Veysonnaz. The Four Valleys is renowned for its off-piste opportunities.  Some of our favourites are Tortin, Mont Fort,  and Valon d’Arby. With skiing above 2000 meters, snow cover is generally reliable.

There are ski rental shops in the village and we always use monnet sports which provide our customers with a 10% discount.
